Shipping Policies

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of placing the order. Goddess is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, no refunds will be issued.

• If the package is returned to our location, we can reship it for a fixed fee of $5 to cover the new shipping cost.
