Exchanges Policies

Exchanges

At Goddess, we do accept exchanges, as long as the item is in new condition and has not been worn. The customer has 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.

Exchanges have a fixed fee of $10, which covers handling and processing. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the new one.

We do not accept exchanges on sale items or clearance items.
